My name is Michaela and I was born and raised in the city of New Orleans. I am an expert on the influence of food, culture, and history within and surrounding the city of New Orleans.

Michaela’s Tours is a family owned and operated company in New Orleans. My husband, Andrew and I have over 30 years combined years in the tour industry AND We never get blasé about the rich history of this magical city. If you want to explore history or haunts, shopping or swamps, food or just have fun, I have a tour for you.

New Orleans has so much to offer to her visitors. There is always something to do in this great city.

It would be my pleasure to take you around New Orleans and show you the wonderful sights and sounds. From Uptown to the Lower Nine, from the French quarter to the Garden district.

Around every corner, you will find a second line (Those who follow the band just to enjoy the music are called the "second line. " The second line's style of traditional dance, in which participants walk and sometimes twirl a parasol or handkerchief in the air, is called "second lining) celebrating an event.
