Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals will not receive a refund. If you arrive late, our team will do our best to accommodate you on a later tour that day, but placement is on a standby basis only and subject to seat availability. If no standby spots are available, you will not be able to tour and no refund will be issued.
