What to Expect

The boat

Our luxury pontoon. The whole boat is yours, for up to 6 guests.

The trip

Cruise Bayou Bienvenue for 1 hour 45 minutes, just 15 minutes from the French Quarter. Watch for gators and birds along the way.

Good to know

BYOB. Bring any food and drinks you want. A licensed captain drives the boat. Max 6 guests or 2,300 lbs total. No bathroom on board.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or refund for any reason, you must do so 7 days before your tour.

A weather cancellation can only be determined by the company. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled tour only. If it is raining the tour will still go on as scheduled as the boats are covered.

If the weather is severe the company will contact you within two hours of your tour and provide you with an opportunity to reschedule or if you are not able to, we will offer you a refund.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the tour.
