Maison has nightly jazz shows featuring some of the best jazz bands in New Orleans. We are regularly at capacity and do not offer traditional reservations. We do offer reserved tables that allow patrons to skip the line for a premium.

**Each table reservation is for (2) guests. If you have more than (2)in your group, you can add additional guests in the drop down box for a small fee.

Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and want all of our guests to have a great time while they are at The Maison. If you are unhappy with your service, the location of your table or have another issue with your reservation, please notify your server or a manager and we will do what we can to find a solution. Following the completion of your reservation there is little we can do to rectify the situation and refunds will not be issued due to issues not brought up during the time of service.

Customers will receive a full refund if notice of cancellation is given 24 hours prior to start time of booking. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone at 504-371-5543 or email [email protected], 24 hours prior to the start time of your reservation to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

All tables are for specific times on the specified date selected when purchased, please carefully check to confirm that your reservation date and time are correct in your confirmation email.

Please be aware that bands and time slots occasionally change, usually due to circumstances beyond our control and will not result in a refund. Table reservations require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Reservation dates CANNOT be exchanged for another date unless this is arranged 24 hours prior to the start time of your reservation.
