About
Destrehan Plantation’s Annual Fall Festival opens from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 14th, and Sunday, November 15th, 2026, located at 13034 River Road in Destrehan, Louisiana.
Craft vendors from across the United States showcase their talent and sell handcrafted items. The mule barn promises to captivate the antique collector with distinctive pieces from antique dealers throughout Louisiana.
Children’s activities include pony rides, face painting, fall-themed arts & crafts, bungee jumping, and putt-putt golf.
Cajun and Creole food lovers can dine in the picnic area while enjoying live entertainment.
Parking on our property is free; see directions. Parking is also available on the levee and at Bridge Park. Lyft & Uber are available to & from the festival.
Why do we charge an admission fee? The River Road Historical Society, doing business as Destrehan Plantation, is a small non-profit organization. This is our major fundraiser. We also have to pay for the live entertainment that is provided during the weekend.
