Cancellation Policy
You may switch tour times or dates with phone approval 24 hours before for your scehduled walking tours and sooner for Van tours. Tour swaps are good for one year with reservation availability. Private tours will loose the deposit for no show or failure to call to rearrange 48 hours prior
Tours run rain or shine. New Orleans is Tropical weather: expect rain, thunder & lightening at some point. We don't cancel or refund for rain; just bring a raincoat or umbrella along. We have a method and duck under balconies and always make it through- not one fatality or injury in 22 years!
