If Beyond the Bayou must cancel a tour for any reason, we will contact you using email and/or phone number provided at booking. If we cannot reschedule your tour before you leave Louisiana, you will receive a full refund.

Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour departure time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure and all no‑shows are non‑refundable. Providing inaccurate contact information or being unreachable on the morning of the tour will be treated as a no‑show.

Our swamp tours run in the rain, but will not operate during lightning. This decision is made by the boat captain and their decision is final. If the swamp portion of your tour is cancelled on‑site due to weather, a partial refund of $50 per guest will be issued.
