Kids Splash Room Party
What to Expect
Get ready for a splatter-filled celebration at Be Creative! Our Kids Splash Room Party is a high-energy, paint-splashing experience where kids can create their own vibrant masterpieces. This party includes 2 hours of studio time, plus 15 minutes of setup before the party begins.
Kids will take turns in the Splash Room, where they’ll splatter paint on their own 9”x12” canvas panelto create a unique abstract design. Up to 12 kids can be in the Splash Room at a time. While waiting, other guests will enjoy mini crafts to keep them entertained.
This party package includes up to 12 kids, with the option to add more participants for an additional fee. We provide everything needed for a stress-free celebration, including:
✔ All paint materials, canvases, and protective gear
✔ 2 large one-topping pizzas
✔ Juice pouches for all participating kids
✔ Cups, napkins, and plates
To keep things organized, we allow up to 6 non-participating guests (such as parents or guardians) in the studio during the party. Additional decorations beyond tabletop items (like wall decorations and balloon arches) are not permitted.

Additional kids beyond the 12 included in the party package may be added for an extra fee. This fee includes the craft and a juice pouch for each additional child.
Additional pizzas can be added for an extra charge.
Outside drinks (except water), ice cream, and food warming devices like chafing dishes, Sternos, or crockpots are not allowed.
Parties are scheduled back-to-back, so extra time cannot be added.

Restrictions
Only kids are allowed to participate in the party activities. Parents may assist but are not permitted to participate as sole participants.
No outside drinks (except water) are allowed. Juice pouches are provided for participating kids.
No ice cream (we do not have freezer storage).
No food warming devices such as chafing dishes, Sternos, crockpots, or hot plates.
No additional decorations beyond tabletop items (wall decorations, balloon arches, and large setups are not permitted).
No glitter, confetti, or party poppers are allowed in the studio.
Non-participating guests are limited to 6. Extra guests may not be accommodated due to space limitations.
Extra time cannot be added. Parties are scheduled back-to-back, and all guests must exit promptly at the end of the scheduled time.
Children must be supervised at all times. Running, rough play, and disruptive behavior are not permitted for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Be Creative Birthday Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
nWe are excited to celebrate with you! To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our party policies below:
nDeposits & Payments

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. This deposit goes toward your total party cost.
n-The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the party date. n
Cancellations
n- n
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party: The deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees apply. n
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party: The deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the remaining party balance will be charged. n
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party: The deposit is forfeited, and the full party balance will be charged. n
Rescheduling
n= Rescheduling 14 or more days in advance: No fee, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date (must be rescheduled within 60 days).
n- Rescheduling 7-13 days in advance: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date must be within 60 days.
n- Rescheduling less than 7 days in advance: A $100 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date must be within 60 days.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

- If your party does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and we have not been contacted, the party will be considered a no-show, and all payments will be forfeited. n
- Time cannot be extended due to late arrivals. n
Guest Count & Final Payment

- The final headcount and payment are due 3 days before the party. If fewer guests attend, no refunds will be given. n
- Additional guests may be added if we are able to accommodate them. Payment for additional guests is required at the time of the party. n
