🎉 Kids Cream Glue Party
Get ready for a fun, colorful, and creative celebration at Be Creative! Our Kids Cream Glue Party is a hands-on experience where kids design and personalize their own keepsakes using vibrant cream glue and tons of fun decorative charms and embellishments.
Each child will choose one item to decorate—options include phone cases (limited selection available), mirrors, jewelry boxes, pencil cases, or hair brushes. Kids will select from a variety of cream glue colors, choose 5 standard charms, and enjoy unlimited embellishments like rhinestones, glitter, and decorative accents. Using piping techniques and layered designs, every child will create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that reflects their personality and style.
This party includes 2 hours of creative studio time plus 15 minutes of setup and accommodates up to 12 kids, with additional participants available for $20 per child. The celebration also includes 2 large one-topping pizzas, juice pouches for all participating kids, cups, napkins, plates, and a free t-shirt for the guest of honor. All materials and supplies are provided.
To keep the experience smooth and enjoyable, up to 6 non-participating guests (parents or guardians) may attend. Additional pizzas may be added for an extra charge. Outside drinks (except water), ice cream, and food-warming devices (such as Sternos or crockpots) are not permitted. Party time is strictly limited to the scheduled slot due to back-to-back bookings.

Restrictions
Only kids are allowed to participate in the party activities. Parents may assist but are not permitted to participate as sole participants.
No outside drinks (except water) are allowed. Juice pouches are provided for participating kids.
No ice cream (we do not have freezer storage).
No food warming devices such as chafing dishes, Sternos, crockpots, or hot plates.
No additional decorations beyond tabletop items (wall decorations, balloon arches, and large setups are not permitted).
No glitter, confetti, or party poppers are allowed in the studio.
Non-participating guests are limited to 6. Extra guests may not be accommodated due to space limitations.
Extra time cannot be added. Parties are scheduled back-to-back, and all guests must exit promptly at the end of the scheduled time.
Children must be supervised at all times. Running, rough play, and disruptive behavior are not permitted for safety reasons.

nDeposits & Payments

- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. This deposit goes toward your total party cost.
n-The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the party date. n
Cancellations
n- n
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party: The deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees apply. n
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the party: The deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the remaining party balance will be charged. n
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party: The deposit is forfeited, and the full party balance will be charged. n
Rescheduling
n= Rescheduling 14 or more days in advance: No fee, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date (must be rescheduled within 60 days).
n- Rescheduling 7-13 days in advance: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date must be within 60 days.
n- Rescheduling less than 7 days in advance: A $100 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date must be within 60 days.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

- If your party does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time and we have not been contacted, the party will be considered a no-show, and all payments will be forfeited. n
- Time cannot be extended due to late arrivals. n
Guest Count & Final Payment

- The final headcount and payment are due 3 days before the party. If fewer guests attend, no refunds will be given. n
- Additional guests may be added if we are able to accommodate them. Payment for additional guests is required at the time of the party. n
