You Can’t Make This Shit Up Tour

New Orleans is an amazing place with so much culture and tradition. Some of the earliest settlers in American History made their way to New Orleans. The city has hosted royal families from Europe, ghosts, vampires, pirates, prostitutes and just about every other good and bad person imaginable.

This walking tour visits some of the central sights in the French Quarter, focusing on the area around Jackson Square and The French Market. Your tour guide will share the stories of the most incredible and unbelievable people and events that actually happened in New Orleans. The stories of early traders on the Mississippi, ruffians who ruled the city with an iron fist, organized crime bosses, crooked politicians, and more will leave you thinking we made it all up. But oh no, these things actually happened.

The tour involves a total walking distance of about 5 city blocks. There will be a restroom break at the halfway point and plenty of time to ask questions and learn about the amazing stories that could only happen here in New Orleans.
