Cancellations:
Ticket Purchases, rescheduling and refunds:
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. You may reschedule your Tour time (subject to availability) no later than 48 hours from your scheduled Tour departure time. In the rare situation where a Tour is cancelled prior to departure, ticketholders will be allowed to reschedule their Tour (subject to availability), receive credit for a future Tour, or receive a full refund.
Tour Cancellations:
Tours may be cancelled at short notice at the discretion of 2nd Line Tours. If a tour is cancelled, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour, or obtain a refund.
Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as "2nd Line Tours".
