Join us in our utterly charming downtown open space, just steps from the riverfront. Get hot, get cold, then grab a bite nearby or stroll down to the river and catch the sunset.

Our Guided Session is a lightly structured 90-minute contrast therapy experience where we manage the pacing, steam (löyly), aromatherapy, and transitions between heat, cold, and rest. We will educate newcomers on the courtesies of sauna and cold plunge, offer suggestions, stay present to answer questions, allowing you to move through hot and cold cycles without thinking about what comes next.

Expect to share the sauna and cold plunges with others. Sessions are shared with up to 9 guests, unless you book a private group session.
