Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any cancelled bookings. You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the start time of your paddle. (Please Note: There is a $5 rebooking fee for all rescheduled bookings.)

You also have the option to transfer your booking fee to in-store credit provided you give the 48-hour notice. Rebooking and credit is not available for no-shows. Unfortunately we are very strict on this policy as it greatly impacts our ability to pay scheduled employees who show up to lead paddles. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
