Experience a calming therapeutic yoga series with wellness professional Nora Hudson, who will guide participants through gentle, breath‑centered Viniyoga practices designed to support mindfulness, mobility, and overall well‑being. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this therapeutic series offers a grounded and nurturing approach to movement and stress relief.
This class welcomes all levels—no prior yoga experience needed, and all bodies are encouraged to participate.
Participants must bring their own mat to each class. Yoga will be indoors, and will move outdoors only if the weather is nice.
Instructor Bio:
Nora Hudson has recently retired from ISU Recreation Services as a fitness and wellness professional for the past 18 years. Now for her next phase of life, she is cultivating her passion for teaching experiential workshops. Her motivation is to grow seeds of self-awareness for individuals aspiring to create a sustainable wellness lifestyle.
Her teaching methods and inspiration for her workshops are drawn from various mindfulness resources and her 20 years of teaching Viniyoga. Viniyoga is a style of yoga which offers therapeutic alignment-based movements to enhance spine and joint functions. Nora has a Kripalu yoga and Viniyoga teacher certification, and is committed to providing calming and rejuvenating experiences that nourish the development of an integrated whole person.

- Refunds will be issued if a program is cancelled by Reiman Gardens’ staff. n
- Withdrawals more than 10 days prior to a class may result in a rebooking if other dates are possible; otherwise refunds may be permitted minus a service fee. n
- Withdrawals with less than 10 days notice are non-refundable; please consider your payment a donation to the Gardens. n
