Rescheduling Your Booking

Cancellation Policy
nDay-of Cancellations: If you cancel your ride on the day it is scheduled, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 30%.
No Call/No Show: Unfortunately, if you do not notify us and fail to show up for your scheduled ride, no refund will be issued.
nCompany-Initiated Rescheduling
nThere are occasions when we may need to reschedule your ride due to unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to provide as much notice as possible. The primary reasons for rescheduling include:
Horse Health: If our horses are injured or sick, we may not have enough healthy horses available for your ride.
nWeather Conditions: For your safety and comfort, we will reschedule rides in the event of:
nThreatening storms
nHigh winds
nHeavy rain
nFlooded trails
nTemperatures below 30°F or above 90°F with a high humidity index
