BIRTHDAY PARTY (NON-PRIVATE)

• Up to 10 Kids ($12 Per Additional Child over 10 Kids)
  NOTE: All kids under 18 in attendance will be counted, regardless of participation, as we cannot verify each child's involvement.
• 10 Fruit Snacks + 10 Juice Pouches
• 1 Celebration Area Your Entire Party (Includes four 6 ft Picnic Tables, two 6 ft Food Tables) (Seats approx. 40 guests)
• Play in our Inflatable Arena Your Entire Party (Shared/Non-Private)
• Extended Non-Private Bounce Time Allowed for Parties not ending at facility closing time.
  NOTE: Your Party Must Exit the Party Area Promptly at Party End-Time!

PARTY ARRIVAL, SET-UP, AND END-TIME POLICIES

ALL PARTY GUESTS must check-in at the front desk to sign Liability Waivers.

EARLY SET-UP NOT AVAILABLE as our events are tightly scheduled for maximum offerings—You can choose to use a portion of your party time for setup by providing your guests with a later start time.

PARTY ARRIVAL should not be earlier than 10 minutes before your party start time to avoid unnecessary waiting. Late arrivals may result in lost party time with no refund or discount.

PARTY MUST END PROMPTLY AT THEIR SCHEDULED END-TIME to prepare for the next party, maintain capacity limits, and/or accommodate staff schedules. Courtesy reminders will be given 30 minutes and 5 minutes before your end-time.
NOTE:* A $30 fee will be applied for every 15 minutes* past your scheduled end-time.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS POLICY

• Outside Food and Drinks Allowed
• Smash Cakes – Allowed, if customer assumes full clean-up responsibility or pays a $25 Clean-Up Fee

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required and applied to your Invoice. If cancelled with 24+ hours' notice, your Deposit is Transferable with no expiration to a Future Party Booking. Deposits cannot be applied towards Open Play. Rescheduled parties follow current pricing and policies.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Final Payment is due Upon Arrival in the form of Cash or Credit Card only.
  NOTE:* An In-Person Signature with a valid Government-Issued I.D. are required for each credit card* payment.
• Invoice Adjustments must be settled 30 minutes prior to your party end-time.
• Sales and/or Amusement Taxes will be applied according to city and state regulations.

BOOKING FEE

A one-time 6% online booking fee is charged by and paid to a third-party service provider. This fee will not be reflected on your Invoice.

REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Signed Liability Waivers Required for all minors under 18 (Including Infants), regardless of participation, to enter FunFlatables.
• Parent/Guardian Supervision Required for all minors under 18.
• Socks Required for sanitary purposes.
• Safety Rules must be followed by all participants.
  NOTE: Parents and Guardians are responsible for reviewing these rules and ensuring their children follow them at all times.
• Use or possession of alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment. Any violator will be asked to leave with no refund or discount.
