Pulaski Park and Noble Square lie just to the east of Wicker Park and feature an incredible cross section of Chicago’s early brick history - from a city rebuilt after the fire with common clay, to metropolis of brick culled from sources around the country.
Moreso, Pulaski Park and Noble Square present an unparalleled view of Chicago’s use of brick and terra cotta in the Victorian era. Victorian brickwork features polychromatic brickwork, intricate corbelling, and enormous swirling terra cotta decorations. After this tour, you’ll see the city and the humble brick with new eyes!
