It’s perfect for painting classes, drawing workshops, creative courses, and hands-on art experiences.

$24 per hour or $150 monthly for up to 4-2 hour classes
Studio size is 12x16 small building. Plenty of parking in the parking lot next to the building and along the street. Ada County has approved and permitted this location as a home occupation capable of instructing 10 students per day.
