Our tours take place aboard a moving vessel in open-ocean conditions. Please review these requirements before booking.

Mobility
Guests must be able to board and move safely aboard a vessel that may experience significant motion. Hale Kai is not wheelchair accessible. Guests planning to enter the water must also be able to use our custom angled swim ladder with reasonable assistance.

Pregnancy
Ocean conditions and vessel motion can vary considerably. Pregnant guests should consider their individual circumstances and consult their healthcare provider when appropriate before participating in an open-ocean boat tour. Snorkeling is always optional.

Infants & Young Children
Children must have an appropriately sized USCG-approved personal flotation device available when required. Proper fit is essential, particularly for infants and very small children. Children under 5 are generally accommodated on private charters rather than shared tours—please contact us before booking.

Medical Considerations
Please contact us before your tour if a guest has a recent surgery, significant back or neck concerns, severe allergies, a heart condition, or another medical or physical limitation that could affect safe participation aboard a moving vessel or in the water.
