What to Expect
Come See The Sea!
A 60 minute Beach Yoga class on the sand in the shade of a Banyan tree and still close to the waves rolling up. Bring a towel not a yoga mat. Class is a mix of dance conditioning, sports stretching, and Hatha Yoga.

Please note that sessions are live-streamed on YouTube and recorded for media use. If you prefer not to be filmed, you are more than welcome to participate behind the camera (out of the camera's view). Please feel free to let the instructor know on-site.
- Liability Waiver Required for Participation
Participation is not permitted unless you complete the waiver by the day of the class. Please make sure to open the waiver link on the booking confirmation screen and check the agreement box to complete it.
