Wherever you go, our crew will make sure you get the most out of your underwater adventure!

Our divers have been lucky to see endangered Hawaiian monk seals, humpback whales, and phenomenal coral formations. We’ll show you the best of Oahu’s underwater wildlife. Depending on your boat, tours depart from Kewalo Basin Harbor or Maunalua Bay. We provide transportation to and from the harbor.

Cancellation Policy

Please plan your dive trip accordingly. You are required to review and understand the following procedure and policy before booking. You are responsible for initiating the change and cancellation directly by phone at the Waikiki Dive Center. We do not accept email cancellations as we do not attend emails 24/7 and handle change requests in real time:
n+ Must plan your dive 18 hours before a flight
n+ Must pass the PADI medical questionnaire if going diving as a beginner. If you have any medical conditions, please check with your medical caregiver or a nearby local clinic and obtain their consent for you to go diving. Email [email protected] with the consent letter by check-in. Failure to do so could prevent you from diving. This is for your safety concerns. Cancellations due to the absence of a required Medical Statement after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.
n+ Private Charter, Group Students, or Party with five or more: Please let us know what special event we can help prepare in advance. The cancellation policy is different from that for individual bookings. Canceling up to 21 calendar days before the scheduled trip is free. Within 21 calendar days of the planned trip, 100% of the total booking charge will be incurred. Please understand that we have turned away other divers and additional opportunities to keep the booking exclusively reserved and blocked.

+Weather: All divers must agree and acknowledge the risks of water sports and weather changes. Only rescheduling will be arranged due to pre-paid gear and vessel bookings if our crew must cancel or cut the dive short.

Waikiki Dive Center's team is an active ocean steward. We recommend coral-safe sun lotion to help save the last 1% of the coral in the ocean. Not sure which one is coral-safe? Click here for more information (https://savethereef.org/assets/images/toxic.jpg). Coral is home to many marine life in the vast ecosystem.

Waikiki Dive Center does not support shark feeding or any activities that stage, alter, or control sharks' behavior as part of a shark-feeding tourism concept.
