Cancellation Policy
By completing this booking, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Waikiki Dive Center:

Mandatory Communication Method

nAll cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by direct phone call to Waikiki Dive Center at 808-922-2121 during business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM HST).
nRequests submitted via email, voicemail, text message, or social media are not valid forms of notice and will not be accepted or honored. n - n
48-Hour Cancellation Policy

nFor bookings of up to four (4) divers, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled check-in time is required to qualify for any refund.
nFailure to provide proper notice within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of all payments made. n - n
Late Arrival & No-Show Enforcement
n
nGuests are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled check-in time. A maximum 15-minute grace period is allowed to maintain operational schedules.
nFailure to check in within this window will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be automatically canceled without refund. n - n
Training Course Refund Structure

nEligible refunds are calculated based on class consumed or forfeited, reflecting the front-loaded instructional design of the program. n
The following non-refundable values apply once the course is reserved or commenced:

nDay 2: $150
nDay 3: $100
nDay 4<: $0
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that any unused or missed portions of the course are non-refundable beyond this structured allocation, including but not limited to:
na. Failure to complete required PADI eLearning prior to the first class
nb. Illness or personal circumstances
nc. Last-minute schedule changes
nd. Failure to meet medical requirements at check-in
ne. Refusal to follow instructor direction or safety standards
nf. Harassment or disturbance of marine life

Medical Fitness Requirement

nAll participants must complete the PADI medical questionnaire. If medical clearance is required, a licensed physician’s written approval must be obtained prior to participation.
nFailure to provide required documentation will result in denial of participation without refund, as this is a strict safety requirement. n - n
Fit-to-Fly Safety Standard
n
nParticipants must observe a minimum of 18 hours between diving and flying.
nWaikiki Dive Center assumes no liability for any injury, illness, or travel disruption resulting from failure to comply with this standard. n - n
