What to Expect
Discover Maui’s remarkable birdlife on a small-group tour focused on finding endemic Hawaiian birds within Haleakalā National Park.
Search for species such as ʻIʻiwi, ʻApapane, Hawaii ʻAmakihi, Nēnē, and Pueo, while learning about the ecology and conservation of Hawaiʻi’s unique birds.
The day also includes Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge, where we look for native Hawaiian waterbirds, shorebirds, and seasonal migrants.

Restrictions
This tour travels from sea level to high elevations in Haleakalā National Park, where temperatures can be considerably cooler and weather can change quickly.
Guests must be able to safely enter and exit the vehicle and navigate short walks on natural or uneven surfaces.
