Transportation - Drive yourself or we can help you ride with us

Have a car? We recommend driving yourself so you can continue your day more efficiently and enjoy the beaches in Kailua afterward (the prettiest turquoise waters on our island)! We'll provide specific directions upon booking.

Ride with us - ( many people prefer to drive so they can explore the east side of the island after for must see turquoise beaches after)
But if you dont have a car- we'll pick you up at the driveway street side of Barefoot Cafe at start time and go from there!

Jungle Yoga Waterfall Hike - with morning Beach Yoga included

A true mindful retreat day into raw nature in a small group for some stillness and connection with land, culture and place. A serene yet adventurous day with integrated yoga, meditation by waterfall into raw jungles valleys, waterfall streams and ruins (places you cannot find without a guide and no big tour bus has access to) - it's a complete escape away from development for the entire time to be completely immersed in wonders hidden in real nature. it's not intense and first timers to yoga are also common.

The day is about a mindful / connecting exploration of Hawaii’s raw hidden nature- an adventurous yet relaxing serene day connecting truly with our natural gems. These are local favorite areas and deemed Oahu’s best waterfall you can actually access and get right underneath falling waters. We avoid the crowds and commercialism of the tourist waterfalls and better than the unhidden Manoa falls where you can’t get 20 feet near the water as its roped off.

We mindfully explore hidden fruit, fauna, and add in bits short bits of optional jungle yoga to begin and end and a 5-10 min silent mediation by the waterfall. There are fallen trees we cross, holding onto branches etc....and some trees that are even fun to climb or swing on. This is the most unique, non-standard eco type hike available in Hawaii; the the most unique yoga type experience in the world. The yoga/mediation portions can be easily skipped by any guest, however the mindful but lightly playful theme is still the focus of our day.
