Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the first service day of the pass are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first service day are non-refundable (100% charge). Once any portion of the pass has been utilized, including the first tour, the pass is considered fully used and non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable (100% charge).Please allow 10-12 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card.
