SALTY YOGA is a unique experience connecting the science of pranayama from Yoga to the necessary changes we make to the breath when approaching Open Water Swimming. We build Ocean Confidence by addressing the panic and opening up space for a library of Swim Skills to achieve new success. Open Water Swimming through the art of Yoga with a qualified Swim Teacher, Life Guard, and Yoga Teacher…. It’s Lovely.
2025 schedule is pending and starts again in April. Private location is available with a minimum of 6 people at 8a.

Cancellation Policy
Business Policies:
nRegistration is required for every swimmer. You sign waivers for all minors on your account acknowledging the risk of swimming in the ocean for your entire family.
nCancel Policy: Cancel for any reason at least 24 hours before your scheduled time for full rebooking credit. The Ocean is flexible. We stay flexible. Good communication please.
nNo-Shows: No-Shows will be charged at full booking credit. If Coach waited for you on the beach, we will pay our Coach. Please cancel in advance so we can make good with your valuable resources and our Salty time.
nRefund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers. All swim lessons expire one year from the purchase date.
nTipping: You are welcome and encouraged to tip your coach privately, but please call or text the office for all reorders and scheduling.
nNo Phones / No Business on Deck: Coach cannot accept paperwork, payments, or scheduling changes at the time of service. Please text the office. For all things business.
nAbout Your Coach: Salty and her team of lifeguards will be contacting you soon in a group chat so that we can take good care of you. Please let us know if you need anything to make the most of your Salty Experience.
Additional Notes: Show Up Coaching: Always assume swims lessons are on unless notified directly by us. Also if you cancel, please do so directly with us including your coach.
nForce Cancels: Paddling events, Ironman, cruise ships, jellies, weather, etc. If we cancel for any reason, we will credit the lesson.
