Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Last minute or day of cancellations or no show will forfeit vouchers or full payment. If the booking was made with Go City pass(es), there will be $30 per person late cancellation/no show fee. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
