Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24-Hour notice. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers can choose to rebook 24-hours, or more, to the start of their reservation, pricing differences may occur depending on reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
