What to Expect
***If you've never stood on a paddleboard before, don't worry. We'll begin with a gentle lesson on the water until you feel steady and at ease. From there, we'll set a clear intention for your Vision Quest, then paddle out in silence together — letting the rhythm of the water quiet the mind — until we find the "right" spot to stop.
There, floating on the open ocean, we'll begin your guided On-Ocean Vision Quest Meditation: a spacious, heart-led practice to help you listen inward and reconnect with what's calling you next.
We will follow this up with a 1 Hour Vision Coaching Session via Zoom (or in person while on Maui) from wherever you are...***
