What to Expect

Weather related cancellations: In the case of weather related issues we will issue a full refund, or if available, offer to reschedule your tour for another day.

Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time, if you are running late, we can wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled departure time. After that, we will need to depart without you and no refund will be issued.
