nArrival time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time, this allows us to ensure a timely departure for all guests.
nRefunds for cancellations:

- Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to departure are non-refundable n
- No-shows will not be eligible for refund n
Weather related cancellations: In the case of weather related issues we will issue a full refund, or if available, offer to reschedule your tour for another day.
nLate arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time, if you are running late, we can wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled departure time. After that, we will need to depart without you and no refund will be issued.
