Arrival time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time, this allows us to ensure a timely departure for all guests.
Refunds for cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to departure time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to departure are non-refundable
- No-shows will not be eligible for refund
Weather related cancellations: In the case of weather related issues we will issue a full refund, or if available, offer to reschedule your tour for another day.
Late arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time, if you are running late, we can wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled departure time. After that, we will need to depart without you and no refund will be issued.
