With confidence in our fishing success, we guarantee that someone in your group will catch a fish, and most likely many more! If not, we’ll happily reschedule or provide a full refund. We stay closely connected to fishing conditions and are proud to offer the only catch guarantee in the area.

Hands-on Hawaiian Fishing

We offer premiere inshore and near-shore bottom fishing charters in Kona’s beautiful, calm waters.

Our specialty is family-friendly light tackle bottom fishing (depths from 50–350 ft), with most fish weighing between 1–20 lbs. This form of fishing is very interactive, entailing dropping weights to the bottom of the ocean, feeling for nibbles, baiting the hook, and fighting fish.

All catchable and edible fish can be kept; we will scale, gut, and fillet your fish to ensure they’re ready to cook.

Sit back, listen to music, and soak in the scenery as we glide over seamounts and sand patches, searching for different species to reel in.

Fishing Licenses Not Included

Hawaii requires a Nonresident Recreational Fishing License for each non-resident age 15 and older, which are not included in our tour price. Hawaii residents, children under 15, and active-duty military and their families are exempt. Please purchase fishing licenses at fishing.hawaii.gov ($20 for 1-day) before your charter.

Charter Discounts

If any of the following apply to you, call us for a discount code. You can then complete the booking yourself online, or we'd be happy to setup your booking over the phone.

Active Military: We're grateful for your service. All active-duty service members qualify for a discount, just bring your military ID to check-in.

Returning Customers: If you've chartered with us before, you've earned a discount on returning trips.

Hawaii Residents (Kamaʻaina): Supporting our local community, with valid Hawaii state ID required at check-in.

Only 1 discount may be applied per booking. Your whole group benefits if at least one person qualifies.
