About the Immersive Luau Experience

Step into our world and be embraced by our Ohana with a spirited Oli Aloha, a traditional Hawaiian chant that sets the tone for your unforgettable journey!

Join us as we dive headfirst into the heart of Hawaiian tradition, preparing the iconic Hawaiian-style "Imu" rock oven alongside our guests. From wrapping fish in ti leaves to salting with tradition, every moment is infused with the spirit of Aloha.

But that's just the beginning of our immersive cultural adventure. Learn the art of weaving Ti leaf lei or kupe’e, pounding Kalo (taro) into authentic Poi, and delve into the profound concepts of Malama Aina and Aloha Aina – a true celebration of our connection to the land.

As the food simmers to perfection, let us whisk you away on a captivating journey through Polynesia with our enlightening Kava presentation. Discover the intricate protocols and ceremonies surrounding this cherished drink, not just in Hawaii, but throughout the vast expanse of Polynesia.

But wait, there's more! Prepare to be amazed as you dive into the exhilarating world of Samoan Fireknife dance and drumming. Under the guidance of our skilled instructors, unleash your inner warrior and dance to the rhythm of the flames.

As the sun sets and appetites soar, feast like royalty on a sumptuous spread of traditional Hawaiian delights, freshly prepared from the Imu and sourced from the renowned local Hawaiian food truck, Fat Poi.

But the excitement doesn't end there. Brace yourself for a mesmerizing showcase of talent unlike any other – because tonight, you're the star! Join our professional drummer, dance alongside our Fireknife dancer, and become a part of the unforgettable entertainment.

Experience the true essence of Hawaiian culture at our one-of-a-kind event, where memories are made to last a lifetime. Come, be a part of something extraordinary!
