Cancellation Policy

For any public event booking, rescheduling without incurring any fees or cancellations may be made by the customer forty-eight (48) hours before the event in order to receive a full refund. For our public cruise guests, if the cancellation is outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, the customer may reschedule within 7 calendar days for a rescheduling fee of $25. Alternatively, the customer may receive 20% off a future booking more than 7 calendar days away from the original booking date.
