Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to activity date. Minimum to book a tour is 4 people, any parties less the 4 will be rescheduled to a booking date that can fulfill that minimum requirement or be refunded. All activities are at your own risk. No liability, expressed or implied, rests with Na Pali Extreme LLC or it’s subsidiaries or officers. For your safety, snorkeling, and all cruises, in part or whole, are weather permitting.
nCaptain may use his/her discretion in choosing alternate sites (without giving prior notice). Due to the nature of these open ocean excursions, we cannot take pregnant women, those with serious health concerns, a history of spinal injury, back and knee surgery or children under the age of 6 on the tours.
n•Credit card information is requested to guarantee your reservation.
n•Cancellation Policy: Tours canceled 48 hours prior to the event are non-fundable.
n•We do not take parties less then 3 and more the 6, unless you have booked a private (6). 3 passenger or less will be rebooked to fill a full tour of 6 passengers
n•No shows charged 100%.
n•“No-shows” are assessed penalty of 100% of total price. Report to the tour with the same number of people that you have reserved for, no less. We ask that you, as a responsible customer, are accountable for the reservations that you have made with our company.
n•Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather. The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions.
n•If Kaulana Pali Kai cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, no charges will be made. We will work our best to reschedule for our next available opening or give a refund.
nKamaaina rate ONLY applies if you have a VALID HAWAII ID, Required to show proof by email or at check in. If you fail to provide proof you will be charged the appropriate charge listed.
