Mill House Spirits on the Maui Tropical Plantation.
Begin in the tasting room with the distillery’s story, then follow the journey from cane and fresh juice through fermentation and see the one-of-a-kind distillation process inside a working distillery. Production activity varies by day, so you may observe different stages in action.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting connecting fresh-pressed cane juice, rum neat, and a classic daiquiri, plus time for questions and optional bottle purchases.
