Restrictions
To protect our guests, crew, vessel, and Maui’s marine environment, the following restrictions apply:
- Minimum age is 5 years old
- This tour is not intended for pregnant guests
- Guests recovering from recent surgery or experiencing serious neck, back, mobility, balance, heart, or respiratory concerns may not be able to participate safely
- Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited aboard the vessel
- Guests who appear intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unable to follow instructions may be denied boarding without a refund
- Spray sunscreen and glass containers are not permitted
- Weapons, dangerous materials, and large or unsecured luggage are prohibited
- Scuba diving, spearfishing, collecting marine life, and unauthorized freediving are not permitted
- Guests may not touch, stand on, remove, feed, chase, or disturb coral or marine wildlife
- No guest may enter the water until authorized by the crew
- Flotation equipment may be required at the captain’s or crew’s discretion
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew. The captain may restrict or deny participation whenever a guest’s health, mobility, swimming ability, behavior, or equipment presents a reasonable safety concern.
