Cancellation Policy
Weather Guarantee:
Lesson must have wind of at least 14mph from a Northeast, East by Northeast, or Easterly direction or you will be offered a refund. In the event wind dies down in middle of the lesson, we wait 15 minutes to see if the wind comes back, or we call it after 15 minutes and pro-rate it to that point (includes the 15min of waiting on wind hold). Option to wait longer than 15min is at customer discretion but you will pay for wind holds longer than 15 minutes as part of the lesson time. Instructor will go over theory, conditions, setup, etc. during wind holds to the extent possible.
