4 Hour SHARE Kauai Sportfishing Tour

Join us on a public fishing charter to share a fun experience with likeminded anglers in Kauai. All equipment is provided for your convenience.

Important Information

• Our fishing vessel the "Pi'ikea' can take a maximum of 6 people.
• Our SHARE tour, we require a minimum of 4 people to confirm the tour. You are welcome to pay for the additional space to confirm a trip.
• Once on board we'll give a short safety briefing and get on our way. Time for the tour starts once we leave the dock.

About

Typically, we'll begin setting the lines in the water as we are exiting the outer break wall and officially declare the fishing has started!

We'll look at the weather, rely on chatter from other captains and make notes of where we were catching fish the days before to help determine our path for your tour. Based on the length of the trip and time of year we may not be more than one mile or two offshore, or we may get 12-15 miles.

80%-90% of what we do will be trolling with artificial lures. On occasion, we use dead bait and chunk bait and do a surface jig at the buoys. (When we live bait, the bait is to be caught first thing in the morning).

What's Included

• While on board you'll have access to our AC Cabin with two different couches, stand up fridge for any food and drinks (but NO GLASS allowed), microwave, usable sing and full stand-up head (restroom).
• On the back deck we have a large cooler for sitting along with our fighting chair and plenty of space to move around.
• Up the stairs to the helm we have a large storage box for seating, with hardtop canopy for shade.
• We'll provide everything to fish: Rods, Reels, Line, Lures, Ice, and small tackle equipment when needed.

The main species targeted are: the Marlin (Spear chucker, stripy, blue). Tuna - AHI (Yellowfin, Bigeye, Skipjack, Wavy Back. And Mahi-Mahi & Wahoo - ONO.
