• Sports Massage: Sports massage has three basic functions. To improve performance, prevent injuries, and help recover from injury. Athletes tend to overuse muscles due to repetitive motion that leads to tight muscles, limited flexibility and can promote injury. Massage can help stretch muscle fibers that are shortened due to overuse.
