Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a refund, less online booking fees and a 20% cancellation fee, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled departure.
nIn the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers may choose to rebook for a future date or receive a full refund, including booking fees.
nNo refunds will be issued for no-shows or for guests who arrive late and miss their scheduled departure.
nAny reservation that is rescheduled, modified, or changed at the discretion of the customer—regardless of reason—automatically forfeits the customer’s right to a refund. Rescheduled bookings are final.
