Kukui Adventures Cancellation Policy

At Kukui Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change. Because each of our tours is privately reserved and customized specifically for your group, we ask that guests review our cancellation policy before booking.

Guest Cancellations

n

More than 72 hours before your scheduled tour: Receive a 100% refund of your tour price.
n24–72 hours before your scheduled tour: Receive a 50% refund.
nLess than 24 hours before your scheduled tour, no-shows, or same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.

Changes to Your Reservation

n

We are happy to accommodate changes to your reservation whenever possible.
nRequests to change your tour date or start time are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cruise Ship Delays

n

If your cruise ship arrival is delayed or your port call is canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your tour or provide a refund when appropriate.

Airline Delays

n

If flight delays affect your scheduled tour, please notify us immediately. Depending on availability, we will do our best to reschedule your tour. Refunds for missed tours due to flight delays are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Weather

n

Hawaiʻi's weather can change quickly, and light rain is a normal part of island life. Tours generally operate rain or shine.

If severe weather, unsafe road conditions, natural disasters, or government closures make it unsafe to operate your tour, Kukui Adventures may modify the itinerary, reschedule the tour, or issue a full refund if no reasonable alternative is available.

Operator Cancellation

If Kukui Adventures must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle issues, guide illness, or unsafe operating conditions, you will receive the option to:
nReschedule your tour for another available date, or
nReceive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

n

Please arrive at your pickup location on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their tour shortened or canceled without a refund, as late departures can affect the scheduled itinerary.

Custom Tours

Many of our tours are built specifically around your interests and may include advance reservations or prepaid admissions. If non-refundable expenses have already been incurred on your behalf, those costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted and disclosed at the time of booking.
