About

The Tasting Room, adjacent to the Company Store, offers daily scheduled tastings of our award-winning premium rums every hour, and has welcomed nearly 1 million people since it opened its doors in 2009. We will allow approximately 20 guests in the tasting room.

Located at the Kilohana Plantation in Lihue, Kauaʻi, the Kōloa Rum Company Store creates the ambience of the bygone era of old plantation days, and offers our full range of our single-batch, premium Hawaiian rums, ready-to-drink cocktails, as well as tempting rum cakes, rum fudge sauce, Hawaiian Kukui Mai Tai Mix, logo wear and a unique array of specialty gifts.

The Kōloa Rum Tasting Room & Company Store celebrates our deep commitment to bringing people together and expanding our Kōloa Rum ohana, creating great memories and sharing the Hawaiian way of life.

IMPORTANT:

  • RESERVATIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED; WALK-INS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
  • Your tasting experience begins promptly on the hour (No late entries will be permitted).
  • Check-in is at the company store.
  • Everyone in your group must present a valid physical photo ID at check-in.
  • **Everyone in your party must be 21 or over to enter the tasting room. **
  • No children allowed
  • Tasting is approximately 30mins.
  • No outside food or drink is allowed in the Tasting Room, with the exception of bottled water.
  • Each guest is only allowed to participate in 1 (one) tasting per day.

All parties require a reservation, regardless if they are tasting or not.

$5 booking fee applies per reservation with a 6 (six) guest max per reservation. Parties of 7 (seven) or more require an additional reservation and incur an additional booking fee.

- Featured Cocktail: Classic Mai Tai

THURSDAY | The Paradise Punch
- Featured Cocktail: Rum Punch
