Maui is famous for its tropical beauty, clear waters and a breathtaking underwater world. Some of the best kayaking and snorkeling in Hawaii is at Maui’s Olowalu Reef, a unique ocean reef located just a few miles south of Lahaina. An abandance of colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, magnificent whales (December – April), and even the playful Monk Seals are often seen in, or around, this unspoiled coral reef system.
