However, we do understand that things happen and you may be required to cancel or postpone your Kauai Z-Tourz/Kauai Sea Riders adventure. For this reason, we have developed a selection of policies we feel best accommodate circumstances that may be beyond your control.
n*** Regular Tours cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour will not be charged any fees to credit card on file*** (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 8am, you have until 7:59am Hawaii time the day before)
nRegular Tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour or customers who do not show up to the scheduled tour will be charged 100% of the tour total (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 8am, you have until 7:59am Hawaii time the day before)
nPrivate Charters cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour will not be charged any fees to credit card on file (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 8am, you have until 7:59am Hawaii time 72 hours prior)
nPrivate Charters cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the tour or private charters who do not show up to the scheduled tour will be charged 100% of the tour total* (This is calculated down to the minute! If tour is at 8am, you have until 7:59am Hawaii time 72 hours prior)
