  • Groups of 6 or more: Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled cruise for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours (or 72 hours for groups of 6 or more) will be charged 100% of the reservation price.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals that are unable to participate for any reason, including medical reasons, are charged 100%.

  • Guests who miss their cruise due to a late arrival may reschedule one time only, on a standby basis and subject to availability.

  • To cancel or modify your reservation, please call (808) 246-6333 during business hours. Voicemails or emails received after business hours are not accepted as cancellation notices.
