What to Expect

The 5th annual Turtle Bay Halloween Surf Off presented by Jamie O’Brien Surf Experience returns to the Ritz Carlton Oahu, Turtle Bay on October 25th, 2025. Competitors of all ages are invited to take their costumes to the next level and do battle for epic prizes and bragging rights in the ultimate Halloween surf competition as decided by our celebrity judging panel.

This is the Open Division which is for competitors with 15+.
