Stand up Paddle Boarding or SUP is a perfect family or couples adventure. Learn the basics from our expert guides & navigate the beautiful waters of the Kohala Coast. Keep your eyes open for the beautiful marine life, turtles, & even dolphins. To be on the water and view the beautiful coastline from your SUP is the perfect way to start your Hawaiian Vacation. All guides are Lifeguard certified so rest assured you are with the BEST. All activities are ideally done in the morning as the winds and ocean are calm giving you the best experience possible.
