Encounter an array of colorful tropical fish, perhaps swim alongside a sea turtle (honu) or come eye-to-eye with a variety of extraordinary sea-creatures. Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to any full cancellation of a Private Charter, or reduction in the number of passengers you booked on a Shared Charter.
nThere is NO refund for last minute booking changes within 48 hours of departure.
nAll cancellations MUST be made by phone. If you need to cancel please call (808) 481-2813 to speak with our reservationist who will discuss your options and send you a confirmation email of your cancellation. Request to cancel emails sent to us by guests will not be honored unless they are responded to and approved by our reservationist .
nIf on a Shared Charter someone in your party is unable to join you are welcome to fill the seat you paid for with another person.
nFor Private Charters any cancellation 7 days or less before the scheduled charter will be charged at 100%. The only exception for cancellations within our cancellation policy are serious injuries or illness requiring hospitalization. Hospitalization admission paperwork is required to be issued a refund.
nShould we cancel a trip due to dangerous ocean conditions/weather or mechanical issues, you will not be charged/a full refund will be issued.
